Repolho roxo com manga verde. As mangas são da redondeza:)). Levaria maçãs verdes, mas com manga ficou mais gostoso ainda. Refoguei 1 cebola picada em óleo, juntei 2 mangas verdes picadas 1 colher (chá) de sementes de endro, 1 colher de chá de açúcar, outra de sal, 4 colheres (sopa) de vinagre, 1 xícara de água. Junte 1 repolho roxo pequeno fatiado e deixe cozinhar até ficar macio e a água secar. Prove e corrija o tempero se precisar, junte umas ervas frescas (usei salsa-do-líbano do quintal). E nhac!
