Continuando o post de ontem em que falei das folhas de sara-tudo, aqui mostro como usei as folhas já cozidas para fazer nhoque de pingar. Alguém vai dizer "mas isso é spatzle", os nhoques de farinha instantâneos feitos em algumas regiões da europa oriental. Se eu disser que é spatzle, puristas podem reclamar "mas isso nunca que é spatzle". Então fiquemos com spatzle ou nhoque de pingar, ao seu gosto. O importante é que a inspiração é mesmo o spatzle, mas os ingredientes são inusitados e o resultado é uma massa rápida, mais leve e nutritiva que aquela feita só com trigo.

Num copo medida de meio litro preenchi metade do volume com bananas cozidas (cozinhei em água com casca até ficar macia e abrir a casca - pode usar panela de pressão - uns 8 minutos após começar a chiar), coloquei as folhinhas cozidas de sara-tudo que usei no chá - cerca de 1/4 de xícara, 2 ovos e preenchi o recipiente com água. Bati tudo no liquidificador até virar um creme liso. Passei para uma tigela, temperei com sal e noz moscada e juntei farinha de trigo até ficar com consistência de uma massa grudenta - pode ser mais densa do que se fosse só com farinha, pois a banana vai deixar os nhoquinhos bem macios.

Passei a massa pelo utensílio de fazer spatzle sobre água fervente. Quando sobem à superfície, já está pronto. Depois é só servir com o molho de sua preferência. Se não tiver o utensílio, pode colocar a massa sobre uma tábua e ir cortando e arrastando pedacinhos da massa sobre a água, ou pode usar uma frigideira furada, espremedor de batatas etc. Aqui no blog mostro outro tipo e meus improvisos.
