Lentilhas com manga verde. Às vezes cozinho lentilhas sem saber dos desdobramentos e vou resolvendo na hora. Mas se temos mangas verdes, por que não acidificar a mistura? De livre inspiração no prato indiano da cozinha de Andhra, chamado Mamidikaya Pappu (mango dal) feito com lentilha sem pele, sementes de mostarda, alho, gengibre, pimenta, cúrcuma, folhas de curry, fiz com lentilhas miúdas e juntei a manga picadinha no refogado final, junto com a cebola. Deixei cozinhar um pouco com os temperos e nhac! Aproveite enquanto ainda temos algumas mangas verdes tardias por aí, pois a maioria está madura e na Mangolândia é manga madura em tudo quanto é prato. Se estou sem ideias e sem tempo, elas vão para as saladas. Não sou muito dos doces. Mas agridoce, adoro!
