Como fiz sem medida nenhuma, vou colocar aqui mais ou menos a técnica, minhas adaptações e as quantidades aproximadas. Em uma frigideira com tampa dourei uns dois dentes de alho picados em 1 colher (sopa) de óleo de gergelim. Juntei mais ou menos 300 g de vagens e refoguei, mexendo sempre, frigideira tampada, por uns 5 minutos ou até ficarem cozidas, mas ainda crocantes. Enquanto isso, à parte, fiz um molho: coloquei numa tigelinha colheres (sopa) de pasta de amendoim natural, 4 colheres (sopa) de água, 1 colher (sopa) de molho de peixe (pode usar shoyu para uma versão vegetariana), 1 colher (chá) de gengibre ralado, 1/2 colher (sopa) de suco de limão ou vinagre de arroz e 1 colher (chá) de pimentas em flocos. Misturei tudo muito bem e despejei sobre as vagens já cozidas. Chacoalhei a frigideira pra cobrir toda a vagen. Deixei esquentar bem e desliguei o fogo. Se precisar, corrija o sal. Por cima, um pouco de amendoim torrado, cebolinha verde picada e pimenta dedo-de-moça picada. Simples assim. Com arroz branco ficou uma delícia.
