Das casquinhas daquela laranja da terra que colhi para fazer doce (veja aqui), fiz um tempero à moda do lemon pepper, só que com zest (a película colorida) da laranja, que tirei com aquela maquininha à manivela, meu mais novo brinquedo. Usei casquinhas secas de 5 laranjas da terra mas pode ser de outra sem veneno, 1/3 de xícara de sal, 1/4 de xícara de grãos de pimenta do reino, 3 colheres (chá) de cúrcuma, 2 colheres (chá) de grãos de coentro e 2 colheres (chá) de pimenta vermelha em flocos. Basta triturar tudo (moedor elétrico ou manual) e guardar em vidro pra temperar o que quiser: filé de frango, de peixe, cenouras, abóboras e outros legumes a serem assados com azeite, vinho branco etc.
