Ontem publiquei no instagram achando que era a coisa mais boba do mundo e que todo mundo sabia fazer. Mas me enganei. Pediram a receita e aqui está - tentarei sistematizar algo que faço sempre de olho e sempre com muitas variações, como tem que ser. Descrevo, pois, o que fiz ontem.
Ovos em molho de tomate
Numa frigideira, coloque 3 colheres (sopa) de azeite ou óleo e junte 1 cebola média picada e 2 dentes de alho socados. Deixe refogar até começar a dourar. Junte 1/2 colher (sopa) de páprica defumada doce ou picante (caso goste de picância) . Adicione 1 xícara de pimentões picados (podem ser vemelhos, verdes e amarelos) e refogue por uns dois minutos ou até aquecer bem. Junte 4 tomates picados, uma pitada de sal e 1 colher (chá) de colorau (urucum). Junte 1 xícara de ervilhas frescas pré-cozidas (opcional) e um pouco de água. Tampe a frigideira e deixe cozinhar por uns 5 minutos. Prove o sal e corrija, se necessário. Quebre um ovo na tigelinha sem quebrar a gema. Abra o molho com uma colher de pau, fazendo um buraco e coloque aí o ovo. Coloque quantos ovos forem necessários e couberem na frigideira. Polvilhe sal e pimenta-do-reino sobre cada ovo, coloque a tampa e deixe cozinhar em fogo baixo por cerca de 5 minutos ou até a clara estar cozida. Se quiser as gemas moles, desligue o fogo e sirva - se quiser ovos mais firmes, deixe a frigideira tampada por mais 2 minutos. Ou corrija o tempo de fogo ao seu gosto. Antes de servir, espalhe por cima salsinha e/ou cebolinha e/ou salsa japonesa (foi só o que usei). E pronto. Sirva com pão caseiro ou com arroz. Ou do jeito que quiser. Nhac!
Esse tipo de prato é uma delícia! Por aqui cada vez que a gente faz acaba chamando de um jeito, e cada vez também vai com um tempero diferente...rs

Acabei de fazer e comer no almoço, com pão de fermentação natural feito com levaneide. Ao invés de por ervilhas, pus uns feijões/favas vermelhos que tinha fresco, verdes. Combinou bem tambem. Fazia tempo que queria experimentar e, com sua receita assim, facil, não posterguei mais. Ficou uma delicia
